How long will my order take?

Every tee, hoodie, crewneck and cap is made to order (the skate deck is a limited run from our deck maker). We dispatch within 2 business days, then UK delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Europe and the rest of the world take 2 to 11 business days after dispatch. You get tracking by email the moment it ships. Peak periods can add a little.

What does shipping cost?

UK delivery is £3.50 on orders up to £35, £6.99 up to £84.99, and free from £85, applied automatically, no code. Europe starts at £6.99, the US at $15 (duties paid at checkout) and the rest of the world at £10.50. Full breakdown is on the shipping policy page.

Can I return something if it does not fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Email support@stillnotokay.com with your order number and say whether you want a refund or a size exchange, and we send you the return address. You cover the postage back to us; we recommend a tracked service. Sale items return on exactly the same terms as full-price ones.

What if the item is faulty or you sent the wrong thing?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, at our cost: you do not pay return postage for our mistake.

What sizes do you do?

S to 5XL on every tee and hoodie, every size made to order, the same price in every size. Measurements are on the size guide. If you are between sizes, our stuff is cut generously, so most people take their usual size unless they want it oversized.

How do I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna is available at checkout if you want to split the cost. Klarna runs its own checks and handles the payment from there; we never see your card details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. US orders: import duties are worked out and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Everywhere else, your country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee on delivery. Those are set by your country, not by us, they are not included at checkout, and we cannot refund them.

How do I get hold of a human?

Email support@stillnotokay.com. We read it Monday to Friday and aim to reply within one business day.
