Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support one, and in GBP otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the total payable. Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import VAT, duty and handling charged by the destination country on delivery — see the shipping policy. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Artwork and intellectual property

All designs are original Still Not Okay artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
